1. Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes — we ship to every address in the United Kingdom, including Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands. Just enter your postcode at checkout.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 6–12 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.
3. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend. The price you see is the price you pay.
4. Can I return a lamp if I change my mind?
Of course. You have 30 days from delivery to return your lamp free of charge, in its original condition and packaging. Just get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
5. How long does a refund take?
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund is processed within 10 days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to show on your statement.
6. What if my lamp arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. There's no need to send the damaged item back first.
7. Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus [PayPal / Apple Pay / Klarna]. Every method is processed securely at checkout.
8. Is my payment information safe?
